Beginning Basketball

This course will introduce students to the game of Basketball. A game played between two teams of five players in which goals are scored by throwing a ball through a netted hoop fixed above each end of the court. Students will explore the opportunity for Basketball to become a lifetime activity in order to promote health and wellness in their daily routines.
