Motor learning is the study of processes involved in the acquisition of motor skills and the factors that enhance them. This course focuses on the behavioral, biomechanical, and neural basis of functional movement. Movement analysis is used to explain the neuromotor control processes underlying skilled performance in everyday functional behaviors. Emphasis is placed on the role of the central nervous system in movement.
