LG 337 is designed for the advanced language student interested in further developing his/her linguistic proficiency in Spanish while acquiring terminology useful to the health care professional. In addition, the course affords the student an opportunity to gain insight into the health care needs of the non-English speaking Hispanic population in the U.S., as well as to begin understanding in general terms its diverse cultural milieu.
