Dynamic Meteorology I

Dynamic meteorology is the study of atmospheric motions that control our weather and climate. Using fundamental laws of physics (fluid dynamics and thermodynamics), a set of mathematical equations that describe how the atmosphere behaves, is derived. These equations are too complex to solve analytically, but with certain assumptions they can be simplified so that approximate solutions can be found.
