Supply Chain Management

This course provides an operational view of the supply chain - a mechanism for matching supply and demand through the management of material and information flows - and uses this framework to understand the strategic, design, and operational issues in supply chain management. Some of the themes explored are: How is operational performance measured in a supply chain context? How do suppliers, producers and distributors interact and coordinate?
