Business Communication

This course provides an introduction to the uses of communication in business and focuses on communication models, general semantics, effective writing style, selection and organization of content and medium(s), effective oral communication, employment communication, and causes of miscommunication. Students will not receive credit for both MGT 3353 and MGT 3453.
