Students are exposed to the latest techniques and models in operations management through an in-depth exposure to the strategic importance of operations, planning and controlling use of resources, ensuring quality of products and services. The course content focuses on applications of linear programming, supply chain innovation, virtual operations with simulation, agile/lean operations, and supply chain analytics.
