Leadership

Examination of leadership and the influencing of others to accomplish something the leader deems important. Leadership theories, applications, and examples are reviewed, but the primary purpose is to experience leadership. As a present or future leader, much of one's effectiveness is measured by the ability to speak and write with clarity and conviction. A true leader learns to communicate well.
