Applied Leadership

Focuses on applied leadership in small unit operations. It is an academically challenging course where you will study, practice, and apply the fundamentals of direct level leadership and small unit tactics at the platoon level. They also conduct military briefings and develop proficiency in the operational orders process. Cadets also conduct physical fitness training three times per week focusing on development of individual flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-respiratory endurance.
