Advanced Leadership

The course provides an in-depth examination of leadership theory and practical applications. Aspects of leadership are examined relative to change management, implementation, and communication, with an emphasis on ethical behavior, team and global leadership, team development, the learning organization, role modeling, and employee development. Analysis of cases and workplace situations focus on Admission into the MSM program or selection of the Leadership Concentration and MGT 6615.
