If a Unit-Level Referral results in an executed customer agreement, EBSCO shall receive referral credit for any additional unit within the same institution that enters into a customer agreement with LICENSOR within six (6) months of the effective date of the first customer agreement at that institution (the "Halo Period"), provided that such additional unit was not already in discussions with LICENSOR prior to the effective date of the first customer agreement. The Referral Fee for Halo Period deals shall be ten percent (10%) of TCV allocated to Contract Year 1 only; no Referral Fee shall be payable for Contract Year 2 or beyond. Following expiration of the Halo Period and for the remainder of the Referral Window, before independently pursuing any other unit at the same institution, LICENSOR shall notify EBSCO in writing and provide EBSCO fifteen (15) days to submit a Deal Registration for such unit. If EBSCO submits a Deal Registration within such period, it shall be processed in accordance with Section 1 at the standard Referral Fee rates. If EBSCO declines or fails to respond within fifteen (15) days, LICENSOR may pursue such unit without any referral obligation to EBSCO. Following expiration of the Referral Window, LICENSOR may pursue any unit at the institution without obligation to EBSCO unless EBSCO submits a new Deal Registration for such unit. 26:["$","$L31",null,{"children":["$","div",null,{"data-nova-shell":true,"data-tenant-accent":"$undefined","data-tenant-brand":"","style":{"--tenant-primary-light":"#151a23","--tenant-primary-dark":"#dddee1"},"children":["$L32",["$","$L33",null,{"fallbackLogo":"$15:1:props:header:headerLogo","footer":{"id":1,"tenant":{"id":"1391332f-6ec8-4be7-9c77-c69156dc83b9","name":"LER.me","slug":"www","url":"https://ler.me","logo":"/logo.svg","updatedAt":"2026-02-09T21:28:40.362Z","createdAt":"2026-02-09T21:28:40.360Z"},"logo":{"id":6,"tenant":{"id":"1391332f-6ec8-4be7-9c77-c69156dc83b9","name":"LER.me","slug":"www","url":"https://ler.me","logo":"/logo.svg","updatedAt":"2026-02-09T21:28:40.362Z","createdAt":"2026-02-09T21:28:40.360Z"},"createdBy":null,"alt":"LER.me","caption":null,"prefix":"media/1391332f-6ec8-4be7-9c77-c69156dc83b9","_objectKey":null,"updatedAt":"2026-04-01T02:54:06.318Z","createdAt":"2026-02-12T17:25:45.566Z","url":"/api/media/file/logo.svg?prefix=media%2F1391332f-6ec8-4be7-9c77-c69156dc83b9","thumbnailURL":null,"filename":"logo.svg","mimeType":"image/svg+xml","filesize":2603,"width":241,"height":100,"focalX":null,"focalY":null,"sizes":{"display":{"url":null,"width":null,"height":null,"mimeType":null,"filesize":null,"filename":null}}},"tagline":"Make All Learning Count.","columns":[{"id":"69c47d19a903f34f82e4f4ac","columnHeading":"Get Connected","links":[{"id":"69c4c5114e24c0496c1758a2","label":"What is a LER?","type":"reference","url":null,"path":null,"newTab":false,"reference":{"relationTo":"pages","value":{"id":2,"tenant":"$26:props:children:props:children:1:props:footer:logo:tenant","title":"What is a LER","hero":{"variant":"standard","messaging":{"tagline":null,"headline":"What is a LER?","supportingHeadline":null,"description":{"root":{"type":"root","format":"","indent":0,"version":1,"children":[{"type":"paragraph","format":"","indent":0,"version":1,"children":[{"mode":"normal","text":"A LER, or Learning and Employment Record, is a ","type":"text","style":"","detail":0,"format":0,"version":1},{"mode":"normal","text":"digital record of learning and work","type":"text","style":"","detail":0,"format":1,"version":1},{"mode":"normal","text":" that can be grouped together with other individual LERs to describe your abilities when pursuing education and employment opportunities.","type":"text","style":"","detail":0,"format":0,"version":1}],"direction":null,"textStyle":"","textFormat":0}],"direction":null}}},"media":{"asset":null,"caption":null},"galleryImages":[],"actions":[]},"sections":[{"id":"69c40439a903f34f82e4f4a5","layout":"wide","tagline":null,"heading":"Connect Verified Apprenticeship Records from the US Office of Apprenticeship","subheading":null,"description":null,"content":{"root":{"type":"root","format":"","indent":0,"version":1,"children":[{"tag":"h2","type":"heading","format":"","indent":0,"version":1,"children":[{"mode":"normal","text":"Connect Verified Apprenticeship Records from the US Office of Apprenticeship","type":"text","style":"","detail":0,"format":0,"version":1}],"direction":null},{"type":"paragraph","format":"","indent":0,"version":1,"children":[{"mode":"normal","text":"Registered Apprenticeship is an industry-driven, high-quality career pathway where employers can develop and prepare their future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid work experience with a mentor, receive progressive wage increases, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally recognized credential.
