Music Theory II

This course discusses 7th chords and their inversions non-chord tones, part writing in triads and 7th chords, voice leading, secondary dominant and tonicization, harmonic progression and harmonic function, the circle of firhs progression, and musical analysis. This course will develop the ability to demonstrate general musicianship in the major performance area and to create composition or improvisation on the topics.
