Audio and MIDI Sequencing I

The basics of digital sequencing using Virtual Instruments/MIDI and audio files inside a modern digital audio workstation to establish a strong foundation for further studies in composition and production. Through weekly assignments, students learn to work in a digital audio workstation (DAW) environment. Students will learn to input and edit notes as well as continuous controller automation to create expressive music.
