Advanced Pediatric Nursing III - Acute Care

The purpose of this course is to synthesize in-depth knowledge and theoretical concepts as related to advanced practice nursing. The focus of this course is on the utilization of complex models and systems of practice to deliver high quality evidence-based care as a Doctor of Nursing Practice prepared Advanced Practice Nurse to children with complex acute, critical and chronic illness across the entire pediatric age spectrum, from birth to young adulthood.
