Advanced Practice Gerontological Nursing II

This course is designed to provide DNP students who are already adult, adult acute, and/or family nurse practitioners and who are delivering care to a majority of gerontological patients, with an advanced theoretical and empirical knowledge of aging. This level of specialized gerontological nursing knowledge is beyond what would be obtained in an acute, adult, or family nurse practitioner program.
