Transcultural Nursing & Healthcare

To progress to this course, all previous coursework counting towards the graduate or doctoral nursing degree must be completed with a grade of “B” or better. This course is designed to foster an exploration of the theoretical foundations for cultural diversity in health and illness. A focus is placed on increasing self-awareness related to health traditions and the cultural phenomena that affect these traditions.
