Nursing Admin Field Study

This first practicum course immerses students in a faculty and preceptor- guided clinical experience within a healthcare setting. The course focuses on developing and applying key leadership competencies essential to the nurse executive role. Students will integrate prior knowledge to navigate complex healthcare environments, make strategic decisions, and enhance organizational performance, with emphasis on leadership, team management, and advancing quality and safety initiatives.
