Scientific Underpinnings of Advanced Nursing Practice

To progress to this course, all previous coursework counting towards the graduate or doctoral nursing degree must be completed with a grade of "B" or better. The purpose of this course for the DNP student is to explore the scientific underpinnings that define the nature of health and healthcare delivery and to provide the basis for practice at the highest level of nursing from a theoretical perspective.
