Student Success in Nursing

The course assists students during their transition to college. The areas of focus include academic skill preparation, orientation to the UAB campus, and an introduction to the profession of nursing and health care. Students explore their personal and professional strengths and weaknesses as they relate to the pursuit of a bachelor's degree and gain additional insight into nursing as a major through various assessments and university activities.
