Fundamental Concepts of Nursing

(4-6-Clin 3) PREREQUISITE: Admission to program This course teaches foundational knowledge of nursing con- cepts and clinical decision making to provide evidence-based nursing care. Content includes, but not limited to: healthcare delivery systems, professionalism, health promotion, psycho- logical well- being, functional ability, gas exchange, safety, phar- macology, and coordinator/manager of care.
