Concepts for Healthcare Transition*

This course focuses on application of nursing concepts to assist health care professionals to transition into the role of the registered nurse. Emphasis in this course is placed on evidencebased clinical decision making and nursing concepts provided in a family and community context for a variety of health alterations across the lifespan.
