Nursing Practicum with Women and Children

The purpose of this course is to apply nursing clinical skills and professional behaviors needed to provide safe, quality client/family centered nursing to women and children from diverse backgrounds and communities. The focus is on applying the nursing process, using clinical judgment and reasoning skills in health care situations, and promoting health and preventing disease/injury among women and children.
