Camp Nursing

Examination of collaborative practice as members of an interdisciplinary health care team in a residential camp setting. Explores education and health care of children ages 6 to 17 years who are affected with a chronic illness. Students utilize knowledge of principles of growth and development as they assist children with risk reduction and health promotion strategies.
