Resource Mngt & Sustainability

This course provides the Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) student with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, evaluate, and consider the costs associated with implementing and sustaining change within the healthcare environment. The course is necessary for the student to focus on the processes and communication skills necessary to lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives for multiple populations across healthcare systems.
