The roles of practitioners of professional organizations including American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), state, and international organizations. Topics include ethics, communication skills, the occupational therapy process, overview of the healthcare system and the role of occupation and the promotion of health and the prevention of disease and disability for the individual, family, and society.
