Documentation for the OTA

This course includes an introduction to current forms of documentation within the profession, and provides in-depth study and practice of effective documentation skills. Emphasis is placed on recognizing documentation requirements to ensure accountability of service provision and to meet standards for reimbursement of services, adhering to applicable facility, local, state, federal, and reimbursement agencies.
