Intro to Infectious Disease

This course is designed to provide PA students a solid foundation in basic immunology, microbial genetics, structure, nutrition and basic host- parasite relationships. The course will place particular emphasis on the role and application of these subject matters in disease manifestations as well as use/development of diagnostic and treatment modalities.
