Administrative Law

This course introduces the student to the basic concepts of administrative law including the legislative process related to enabling the agency. The Administrative Procedure Act (federal and state) is covered. Topics also include agency discretion, due process, delegation, rulemaking, investigation, information collection, informal proceeding, hearings, and judicial review.
