Cultural Competence and Spirituality in Public Health

This service-learning course is designed to provide students with proper knowledge and skills to work with diverse populations, develop cross-cultural competence, and identify and utilize culturally appropriate strategies in health care delivery and health promotion. Students will develop and demonstrate their cultural competence in weekly community engagement.
