SELF-CARE AND NONPRESCRIPTION PHARMACOTHERAPY

This course will introduce students to nonprescription pharmacotherapy and other self-care measures used in the outpatient setting to treat minor medical problems. As the most accessible health care professionals, pharmacists are often approached by members of the community to recommend treatments for common ailments.
