ADVANCED TRAINING IN DIABETES CARE FROM THE PROVIDER’S PERSPECTIVE

Course will emphasize completion of necessary steps for achieving The Pharmacist and Patient-Centered Diabetes Care certificate by the American Pharmacists Association, which will include but is not limited to: small group exercises, class discussions, simulated patient counseling (medication, lifestyle and devices). Permission of the Associate Dean for Academic Programs may be needed.
