World Religions

A survey of the living world religions with special emphasis on the religious beliefs, and practices and rituals of those religions. The course will cover the prehistoric, primitive and evolutionary development of man’s religious consciousness, both from the historical and contemporary perspective. It will concentrate primarily on the non- Western religious experience.
