Instructional Methods in Middle Childhood

This course explores teaching and learning strategies tailored to the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of middle childhood and high school students. Educators will deepen their understanding of middle childhood and adolescent development and learn to apply research-based instructional and assessment approaches within their science areas. The course also examines secondary school curriculum design and implementation.
