Research Methods

This course is about examining the world around us with scientific rigor. This class will introduce students to the logic of scientific inquiry and its place in the understanding of society. We will examine the relationship between theoretically based research questions and the process for seeking answers to those questions. Students will engage in this process through their own independent research project.
