Spanish Language and Culture II FL, HU, PWGE

This is an introductory course on Spanish language and Hispanic culture. Part of a two-course sequence, this course is designed to develop: (i) communicative skills in Spanish as a second language; and (ii) knowledge about culture in the Spanish-speaking world. Students should not expect this course to be just about memorizing grammar and vocabulary, but rather to explore these subcomponents as part of a broader focus. This course is not based on one aspect of performance.
