This course is part of the Pre-Teacher Education Program (Pre-TEP) process leading to full admittance into the program (i.e., writing, presenting, dispositions). Authentic performance-based assessments are required that must be included in a Teacher Education Program (TEP) portfolio that documents several competencies and assessments. Content will include research-based interventions/instructional strategies for students with disabilities, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.
