Legal Issues in Sport and Recreation Management

This course will prepare practitioners to avoid common forms of litigation, personally and from an organization's standpoint. Emphasis will be on sport and recreation areas. Areas covered will include intentional torts, contracts, consitutional law, personnel issues, and worker's compensation and insurance from a legal perspective.
