Central Sterile II

This course is the study of the name and functions of surgical instruments. An emphasis will be placed on the study of human structure, function, procedural terminology, and the instruments and equipment used for common surgical procedures. Upon completion of this course the student will be able to identify a variety of surgical instruments and discuss common uses of the to instruments. Program may use 2:1 or 3:1 contact/credit
