Foundation Practicum I

This course provides a structured learning experience linked to a generalist social work practicum placement within a social service agency. Students engage in supervised generalist practice, applying foundational assessment, intervention, and evaluation skills across diverse populations and settings. Through the joint supervision of a faculty and an agency supervisor, students reflect on their practicum experiences, integrate classroom knowledge, and develop professional competencies.
