Control Systems and Instrumentation

This course is an introduction to modern control systems and instrumentation. Topics covered include transducers, sensors, actuators, instrumentation, open and closed loop control systems, PID controllers, programmable logic controllers and ladder logic, and computer interface software and hardware. Prerequisites: EE 2300 or TECH 2370 either with a grade of "C" or better.
