Micro and Nano Manufacturing

This course covers the basic principles of micro and nano manufacturing. Emphasis is placed on the process descriptions, terminology, equipment requirements, and processes for micro and nano systems. Basic physics and process chemistry is combined with control schemes to arrive at overall systems descriptions.
