Operations & Supply Chain Management

This course will examine a wide array of topics in the realm of operations and supply chain management. Students will learn different methods of operations management including capacity planning, demand planning, product and service design, process and facility layouts. This course will focus on how to effectively manage operations and supply chains for an organization in order to be competitive in their business sector.
