For marketplace-originated referrals, the Deal Registration shall be deemed submitted upon the prospect's first documented interaction with LICENSOR through the EBSCO marketplace. For all other referral methods, EBSCO shall notify LICENSOR via email with the following information: (w) institution name; (x) contact name, title, and department; and (y) a brief description of the opportunity.
