SPATIAL ECOLOGY
Auburn University
CourseWILD 7870
Explicit consideration for how ecological processes play out over space, and how space feeds back to influence ecological processes. The course is a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on lab-based learning to explore the theory, tools, and challenges underlying the spatial aspects of ecology. The course covers a breadth of topics rather than focusing on any one in-depth, although students are provided resources to dig deeper into issues of particular interest.
