A course covering the life of a creative or academic manuscript from drafting and editing to submitting it for publication. Students will take an original work of their own through those stages. They will also learn about various topics affecting the publication process, such as genre conventions, industry expectations, different mediums, trends, digital publishing, and research strategies.
