Associate of Arts

The Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree is designed for students who want to further their education by completing a bachelor's degree. Students are prepared and enabled to succeed in a four-year college academically, whether at Ecclesia or by transfer to another institution of higher learning. Associate of Biblical Studies

The Associate of Biblical Studies degree gives graduates increased biblical knowledge and practical understanding of the Scriptures (minimum 18 semester hours), values for the Church and its world mission in fulfillment of the Great Commission, and demonstrable skills in witnessing effectively through supervised ministry contexts. Includes general education, biblical-theological studies, Christian leadership, and a ministries program. Offered on the Springdale campus and via EC Online.

Biblical Studies

The Master of Arts in Biblical Studies is an EC Online graduate degree consisting of 36 semester hours in Bibliology and hermeneutics, New and Old Testament studies, introductory Greek and Hebrew, and advanced topics in exegesis. Offered via EC Online.

Biblical Studies

The purpose of the Bachelor of Arts in Biblical & Theological Studies degree is to promote a comprehensive knowledge of the biblical record. It also provides foundational skills needed for an effective preaching and/or teaching ministry and for those longing for greater depth and breadth of biblical study for personal enrichment. Includes a 75-hour major and a student choice of concentration (Biblical Studies or Apologetics). Offered on the Springdale campus and via EC Online.

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management concentration) incorporates development of the student's exposure to human problems and personal values through a curriculum integrating advanced cognitive, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills through a Christian worldview. The management track prepares students for leadership positions in for-profit and non-profit organizations, focusing on planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, and evaluating resources.

Business Administration in Marketing

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing concentration) prepares students for careers involving product planning, distribution, promotion, and pricing strategies in for-profit and non-profit organizations. In addition to a broad overview of marketing functions, students gain knowledge and skills in consumer behavior, marketing research, and strategic marketing. Includes a 54-hour major. Offered on the Springdale campus and via EC Online.

Christian Apologetics

The Master of Arts in Christian Apologetics is an online degree offering graduate-level training needed by apologists, evangelists, and those intending to pursue doctoral degrees. It equips students to become effective Christian apologists, evangelists, and researchers, focusing on building a theological, biblical, and philosophical foundation. Topics include Bibliology, biblical worldview, social justice, politics, the resurrection, and biblical anthropology.

The Master of Arts in Christian Education is an online degree offering graduate-level training needed by educators and administrators intending to operate and teach at a primary or secondary education school. It focuses on pedagogical education and technical expertise to serve as an administrator or teacher, emphasizing discipleship, education, and apologetics integration.

Master of Divinity

The Master of Divinity (M.Div.) is an online degree offering graduate-level training needed by pastors, teachers, missionaries, church leaders, and those pursuing doctoral degrees. It focuses on thorough understanding of both biblical languages (Hebrew and Greek) and advanced theological training in systematic theology, applied theology, biblical exegesis, pastoral care, and missiology, with emphasis on polemical theology and apologetics. Requires a minimum of 81 semester hours.

Psychology and Counseling

The Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Counseling prepares students to evaluate psychological paradigms by the authority of Scripture, apply basic counseling principles to individuals, families, and organizations, use therapeutic communication skills, and employ basic counseling skills emphasizing active listening. Includes a 42-hour major with a counseling internship capstone. Coursework is not accepted for counselor licensure in Arkansas; a master's program is required for state licensure.
