Apologetics

Students completing the Apologetics Certification Program will identify the key concepts of apologetics and explain why it matters to Christians today, and present with confidence the support for Christian beliefs in God, Jesus Christ, the Bible, Creation, and salvation.

Bible

Offered through Global Awakening Theological Seminary of Family of Faith Christian University. The degree program includes a blend of Bible Foundations courses, Ministry Foundation courses, Bible and ministry electives, Revival History courses, and Practicum and Thesis capstone courses.

Biblical Studies and Ministry

Offered through the Logos Training Center, an extension site of FFCU located at Harvest Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Students identify the books of the Holy Bible, including author, contents, purpose and history, and articulate a Biblical worldview as applied to historical events and contemporary issues. Courses are offered both on site in Broken Arrow and online through FFCU, and transfer into FFCU BA degree programs.

Church Ministry

The bachelor degree programs of FFCU are designed to provide students a solid foundation in Bible and in practical ministry so they are equipped in a variety of church ministry careers. The BA Church Ministry requires completion of three main cores: Biblical/Theological Studies, General Studies, and Professional (Ministry) Studies. In most programs the student will write a senior paper on an approved topic and complete a semester of supervised practical ministry.

Church Ministry

Students completing an AA in Church Ministry will know, interpret and exegete the Word of God as they minister through preaching and teaching. The program combines a biblical studies core with general studies and ministry courses such as homiletics, evangelism, pastoral ministry, and Christian ethics.

Divinity

Offered through Global Awakening Theological Seminary of Family of Faith Christian University. The degree program includes a blend of Bible Foundations courses, Ministry Foundation courses, Bible and ministry electives, Revival History courses, and Practicum and Thesis capstone courses.

Early Childhood Education

Many churches and individuals seek to begin faith-based preschools and daycares. The BA in Early Childhood Education includes specific courses that enable these institutions to have qualified and trained individuals who care for the children and who administrate the programs.

Students demonstrate ability to evaluate curriculum, create lessons, and instruct students in the early childhood classroom.

Education

The FFCU campus, shared with Family of Faith Christian School, is an ideal learning environment for undergraduate education majors. Freshman students complete 45 hours of classroom observations through their Education Practicum, and the degree is completed with a ten-credit hour Teaching Internship requiring 450 hours of observation, teaching, evaluation, and reflection. This program is not one that leads into state licensure or certification.

Global School Leadership

This program enables students to design and lead international education with a biblical worldview. Students learn from faculty who are passionate about Christian school education, and international networking opportunities are built into the program as are practical, hands on projects. The core courses focus on leadership, biblical worldview, school law, curriculum design, and student character.

The program includes a blend of Bible Foundations courses, Ministry Foundation courses, Bible and ministry electives, Revival History courses, and Practicum and Thesis capstone courses.

Organizational Leadership

Businesses, governments, schools, and ministries need leaders who understand how to effectively lead an organization. Students who graduate with a BA in Organizational Leadership will be able to lead with integrity and faithfulness in a variety of careers. The Professional Studies core starts with a Leadership Mentor Program and concludes with a personally designed research project and practicum in a leadership setting.

Practical Renewal Theology

A post-graduate degree offered through Global Awakening Theological Seminary of Family of Faith Christian University. The seminary was designed by leaders who believe in the power of God to perform miracles, healings, signs and wonders today as well as throughout the history of the Church.

Worship Ministry

Students completing an A.A. in Worship Ministry learn to accurately read, write, and perform music demonstrating ability through performance and composition as it applies to a church setting. The program develops the character, leadership skills, and musical proficiency required of a worshiper and a worship leader. Prior to graduation, students must demonstrate proficiency in guitar or piano as well as in singing.
