RIBN admits and enrolls students at Haywood Community College and Western Carolina University and provides them with a seamless four-year associate-to-baccalaureate nursing education. Students have the opportunity to begin working as a registered nurse at the end of the third year, and pay mostly community college tuition rates. The first three years are hosted on HCC's campus, with one WCU class each third semester, and the fourth year is completed through WCU online.
