The BAS degree is typically designed for those interested in developing leadership skills to complement their background. This Leadership program is designed to provide a strong core of business and leadership-focused courses. The courses provide the student with skills that help to navigate the unique challenges within various businesses, including, but not limited to human resources, risk managers, talent directors, managers, etc.
