This program prepares students to enter the professional 21st century global workforce and/or graduate school in food, nutrition and community health sciences. Through an intense plan of study using diverse pedagogies, evidence-based knowledge, practicum learning, community collaborations and research, students gain the knowledge, technical and leadership abilities to meet nutrition and health related challenges of individuals, families and communities.
